Hey Pierre,  we're in search of a  Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Manager  to join our Edgewood team! You'll be joining a team that puts HEART into everything we do! We are currently seeking a compassionate, dedicated and fun-loving individual to join our team as a LPN Manager . Our mission is to create an environment and  atmosphere that provides our LPN Manager, under the direction of an RN Manager, independence, autonomy and the ability to practice at the top of their license. 

 $6,000 Sign-On Bonus

Salary; $62,400 - $68,000, relocation assistance available.

As a LPN Manager at Edgewood, you would be responsible for managing clinical care to an assigned group of residents and to provide manager support to clinical services staff. You would also participate in completing comprehensive nursing assessments of all residents, assist in hiring and training of clinical care staff and address areas of concerns from residents, families, or staff.

Minimum Requirements

 

You would be a great addition to our team if you possess the following: 
  • Current state Practical Nurselicensure is required. 
  • Work experience that demonstrates increased level of supervisory responsibility and 3 or more years of increased responsibility in the healthcare field. 
  • Knowledge of basic nursing skills; knowledge and familiarity with the therapeutic effects and side effects of all medications administered. 
  • Passion and drive for helping others.
