Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and efficient individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. In this role at Edgewood, you would be accountable for a variety of day-to-day functions of maintenance and environmental services. These functions would include performing inspections, general repairs, and upkeep procedures as needed.
Responsibilities also include driving residents to and from medical and other appointments, as well as to scheduled outings and events. You would also ensure all vehicle safety checks are done prior to driving the vehicle. Candidate must pass a DOT physical to qualify for driving the community bus.

Minimum Requirements
You would be a great addition to our team if you possess the following:
- Valid/current state driver's license, required.
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Previous sheet rock, painting, plumbing, light electrical, and/or grounds keeping experience preferred.
- Ability to work semi-independently without direct supervision.
- Passion and drive for helping others.
