Health Data Coordinator

Description

Lakewood Health System has an opening for a full-time Health Data Coordinator at our Staples Clinics! The Health Data Coordinators primary function will to be to complete clerical tasks associated with the continuity of care to our Lakewood Health System Patients. This position will manage medication prior authorizations, incoming health care faxes, insurance and FMLA forms, patient assistance forms and Chronic Disease Forms and all other tasks as assigned. This position will function at the top of their licensure promoting patient care and positive customer experiences with our patients and care teams.

This position is a full time position at 64 hours per pay period. This position is located within our Staples Main Campus.
Qualifications

Current MN LPN Licensure or Medical Assistant Certification (CMA)

Current BLS certification

Ability to work independently or in a team environment

Excellent communication and typing skills
