We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Medical Sales Representative to join our growing medical practice full-time in beautiful Brookfield, WI. The ideal candidate is a positive person with great people and communication skills, has a passion for helping others through natural and holistic healthcare, and is action oriented with continued professional and personal growth in mind. Are you good with numbers, great with communication on all levels, comfortable having conversations about money, and can you easily connect with people? Then we need you and your unique skills and drive to come join our award-winning team!
Excellent relationship-building skills are a must to ensure service is provided with a high degree of quality. You will be responsible for evaluating treatment options, creating, explaining, and selling treatment plans to patients, documenting patient encounters, accepting payments, and much more.

Duties:
Sales and Explanation of in-office therapies
Accountability for Patient base sales
Motivate clients to follow care plans
Organize-record-keeping
Management of multiple cases
Scheduling patients, answering phones-questions
Collaboration with the Doctors re: patient consultations and exams
Assistance with Care Plan Creation
Patient Financing
Lead Follow up
Communicating with Lead Doctors
Network with other Health Professionals and administrators
Obtaining patient testimonials
Requirements:
Two-year degree or more preferred but not required
Significant experience in sales and customer service must be demonstrated (required)
Great communication skills and ability to articulate care plans to clients
Excellent Time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows is required
Schedule:
Full time
Compensation:
$30k-$100k per year
