Financial Systems Developer/Analyst

8x8, Inc. The company is experiencing tremendous growth and seeks a highly motivated professional with exceptional analytical and modeling skills to join us as a Financial Systems Developer for Workday Adaptive Planning.

This is a highly visible and critical role within the Finance organization, and the successful candidate will partner with members of the finance team to scale the existing Adaptive Planning instance with a focus on simplicity and increased capability. This role is located at our Campbell, CA Headquarters or at our locations in Minneapolis, MN or Cluj, Romania.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop a strong knowledge base related to the existing production instance of Workday Adaptive

Planning and suggest ways to simplify and streamline our processes.

Develop strong business relationships and become a trusted partner to other members of the finance team

Possess a "can do" attitude and a strong desire to improve existing processes

Partner with Accounting and Finance to drive improvement of revenue forecasting, as well as build a multi-quarter balance sheet and cash flow statement forecast model within Adaptive.

Support M&A Integration Tasks

Create automated metrics within Adaptive that we currently create outside the tool

Ability to work independently or within a group

Comfortable with a hybrid work environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of managing Adaptive Planning within a corporate environment

BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or another technical field.

Strong finance/accounting and processes background

Highly developed business and financial modeling skills

Excellent analytical, quantitative and organizational skills

Experience with Netsuite, SAP, and Tableau preferred

Experience with SQL, Python, and related data extract and manipulation skills a plus

Experience with Salesforce a plus

Experience with acquisitions a plus

Prior business partnering and financial modeling experience in a SaaS environment desired
