As a Marketing Co-op you will provide support for ongoing projects and campaigns, events, and tasks as assigned. You will work with teams across the department including communications, product planning, operations, activation, brand, website planning, and dealer planning to align content, timing, delivery, and publish of marketing plans. Marketing Co-ops play an essential role in driving initiatives forward, achieving KPI goals, and executing department strategies. You will have the opportunity to propose solutions, resolutions, and ensure marketing processes are efficient and effective.

Role & Responsibility

Operations:
Partake in process improvement discussions and governance of approved, mapped workflows within LucidChart.
Assist with marketing task management system, Monday.com. 
Collaborate on photo shoot scheduling and pre-shoot preparation.
Support lead and opportunity management within Salesforce.com platform.
Manage, edit and maintain website content
Execute corporate email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.  
Facilitate surveys within Alchemer.
Day-to-day operational tasks to support marketing goals and KPIs; including, but not limited to email inbox monitoring, invoice support, agency and vendor management, photo asset requests, and metrics gathering.
 

Activation:
Develop and execute digital media strategies and campaigns for paid search, paid social, display, and traditional media.
Create custom reporting and analyze performance data.
Communicate internally on all elements of media performance and initiatives.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance.
Actively identify new “test and learn” opportunities to build on expertise and unlock new capabilities for the team.
Research digital marketing best practices and become trained and certified in digital media tools and channels.
Assist in the media budget reconciliation process & vendor relationship management 

 

Intelligence:
Update, analyze, and improve Power Bi dashboards and reports 
Develop and implement data analyses by leveraging data collection systems and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality
Prepare, analyze, and summarize marketing reports for use by various key stakeholders, creating reports, specifications, instructions
Support marketing by analyzing and cleansing Account & Contact data within our CRM systems.
Update and maintain performance tracking metrics to gauge performance through our strategy scorecard
 

Planning:
Review creative content to ensure imagery, messaging and branding are accurate and meet marketing standards; website and proof literature 
Assist with marketing communications for external and internal audiences 
Analyze budget spend and allocation to keep marketing efforts running consistently while not overspending; co-op financial tracking, invoices and POs
Partake in trade show planning and assist with execution of deliverables
Provide marketing support to dealers as needed 
Provide assistance with lead generation and lead routing 

Job Requirement

Jr. or Sr. standing seeking a degree in Marketing, Communications or a Business-related field
3.0 or higher GPA preferred
Be able to commit to Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months)
Be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).  Previous data analysis and analytical skills are desired
Be able to adapt to working in a corporate setting
Be able to independently work through a project from start to finish with limited supervision, as well as have the skills to work collaboratively on a team
Have the vision to identify problems, make recommendations and provide creative and realistic solutions
Be able to self-manage time and set priorities amidst multiple project requests and deadlines; be organized in order to complete projects in line with expectations and deadlines
Possess strong communication skills, including the ability to listen and quickly understand new projects, proactively communicate concerns and effectively present to a group
Previous internship experience in a related field is a strong plus. 
Possess a can-do attitude in order to enthusiastically deliver results to a department that depends on you

What skills, education, and experiences does your ideal candidate(s) have?

•Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

•Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly. Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time in order to meet build requirements. Must possess the ability to read build sheets and blueprints.
