Description:
This position is hybrid, the work in office Tues- Thur and at home Mon and Fri.
Work core business hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m . with an hour lunch. Responsible for technical analysis of specific underwriting data to assist underwriter in the underwriting process to include but not limited to, analyzing and reviewing RFP submissions
Communicate and follow up with producers for any outstanding information
Works closely with the Underwriting, Sales, and Account Management team to gather necessary information or for any requested manual changes, while providing a high level of service
Utilize a variety of computer systems or functions (including internal systems such as Power and Onbase and various Microsoft plat forms )
Input data and process updates into rating and customer relationship management platforms
Census file review , formatting and processing
Analyze and review final work to ensure accuracy and send on to necessary departments
Review and manage emails within a shared email setting, along with coworkers, in a timely manner
Maintain a consistent quantity and quality of work, at prescribed standards
