HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE WORKER III – FULL-TIME

Responsible to inspect, maintain and repair county roadways, right of ways, bridges, related structures and highway maintenance equipment to provide for the safety and adequate travel and accessibility for the public. This position includes aspects of maintenance, heavy equipment operation, tool use, construction, and traffic control. This position is a union position.
SCHEDULE: Monday through Thursday during warmer months and Monday through Friday during colder months. Generous overtime opportunities available.
WAGE RANGE: $17.91 to 24.42 per hour; Starting wage dependent on qualifications; Benefits eligible with a work clothing allowance
