Job Details

Key Manager overseeing all Engineering and departments for multi-year environmental / civil engineering project. Qualified candidates will offer:
* Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree - MBA or Civil Engineering)
* 15yrs+ experience in Project / Program Management for at least one COMPLETED large, $100 Million+ civil engineering project
* Strong understanding of construction, utilities, environmental, traffic control
* Experience with P3
* Expertise reading drawings and interpreting specifications
* Demonstrated expertise managing diverse groups and interfacing with local / stage / federal regulatory agencies
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
