The VP of construction is responsible for the overall construction site, and managing employees of multiple markets within a specific region. Must meet plant operation deadlines. Must be able to maintain quality standards, ensure safety protocols are consistently followed, and budget plans are met.

Description
- Working with the President to build their construction team internally and externally
- Build client and subcontractor relationships
- Work alongside design team and preconstruction team
- Manage design schedule
- Establish project budget and forecast
- Manage project costs
- Mentor and develop project management staff
- Additional responsibilities
Profile
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture or related field.A minimum of 15+ years construction industry experience
- A background in managing Multifamily/ Mixed-Use, Commercial or Healthcare projects
- A natural leader who can make/influence quick decisions
- An understanding of design/drawings and development
- Experienced with business development
