Job Description:  The Farm Equipment Operator’s role is to operate equipment and assist with repairs and maintenance of equipment as necessary. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment for tillage, planting and harvest
• Performing maintenance and repairs on equipment
• Sprayer operator related duties to include properly loading, measuring and blending products, operating the sprayer in a safe manner and utilizing precision ag equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Job Title:  Truck Driver (available now)

Employee Type:  Seasonal

Job Description:  The Truck Driver’s role is to transport crops from the field to final storage (elevator, bins or warehouses) and to maintain their truck to minimize downtime.    

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate trucking equipment
• Keeping truck clean and in good condition
• Perform basic maintenance on the truck to ensure proper functioning
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Job Title:  Warehouse Worker / Potato Grader (available September 1st)

Employee Type:  Seasonal

Job Description:  The Warehouse Worker / Potato Grader’s role is to help with quality control of the potato crop entering and leaving the warehouse facilities.  The role is seasonal during shipping season (Feb-July) and harvest season (September-October).  The position requires a flexible schedule to work days, evenings and weekends – sometimes on short notice.     

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Grade potatoes as they enter and leave the warehouse for quality control
• Follow all food safety practices and requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
