Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities include:

●  Ensure customers receive accurate, correct, and proper product quotes, information and materials.

● Respond to customer needs in a timely, respectful, and diligent manner.

● Ensure customers receive accurate, correct, and proper product quotes, information and materials.

● Understand all product offerings and how they provide value to customers.

● Include all appropriate products (print, digital, etc) in recommended solutions.

● Accurately identify, define, analyze and resolve problems.

● Follow through to ensure appropriate corrections are made, negotiate and process ad adjustments.

● Achieving sales goals, making cold contacts, or growing client list

● Any other responsibilities or duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications include:

● Communicate effectively by both verbal and written means.

● Work effectively with fellow employees, independently, under pressure, and with accuracy.

● Establish priorities and complete assignments efficiently with excellent attention to detail.

● Dependability under both supervised and unsupervised conditions.

● Professional phone and email etiquette.

● Must be organized, thorough and have good follow through.

● Ability to sit for long periods of time and multi-task throughout the day.

● 1-3 years previous experience preferred.
