About this role:

The Commercial Banking Technology and Data Program Team is seeking a Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant - Records Integration/Migration Lead. As part of the Technology and Data Program Execution Team, this role will be responsible for working with Commercial Banking LOBs and Technology to drive record migration activities. The ideal candidates will have a well-rounded risk and technical background including experience with record repositories and document management.

In this role you will:
  • Lead cross functional initiatives to strategize, plan, and execute on projects related to document management and record migration activities.
  • Function as Commercial Banking Records migration liaison to Technology and Business aligned teams.
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
  • Make decisions in highly complex, multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area and process, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans.
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic goals.
  • Lead project documentation efforts. Monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables. Create reporting as required.
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.
  • Influence, guide and help lead less experienced Business Execution staff within the group.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
  • 3+ years Agile methodology, with experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Working knowledge of document management and records management principles
Desired Qualifications:
  • 5+ years Jira and QC ALM or similar
  • Knowledge of ICMP (Imaging & Content Management Platform) and or Documentum
  • Knowledge of document Metadata mapping methodologies
  • Strong backlog management skills and understanding product engineering mindset
  • Experience successfully collaborating with others in a change driven environment, team player
  • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal communications
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze business requirements
  • Proficient organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently, taking initiative, multitasking, and interacting with multiple teams at all levels using active listening
  • Knowledge of Image repositories
  • Experience with Power Point and Visio

Pay Range:

$96,,800.00 Annual

Salary range is determined by location of the job.
