Summary
CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Country Operations Business Development group. We are looking for a Senior Project Management Specialist to coordinate and lead initiatives focused on strategy, business development and customer support using tools and techniques of project management, continuous improvement, and communications. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, possess strong analytical and organizational skills and have proven collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
* Conduct, support, manage, develop and facilitate work related to, but not limited to: Producer Board Communications, Market Share Analysis, Business Planning, Mergers and/or Acquisitions, Consolidation Studies, Competitive Analysis, Marketplace Mapping, Facility capacities/capabilities analysis, Board of Director/Management Retreats, and Market Surveys
* Make strategic and tactical decisions for initiatives and projects, manage progress of initiatives and projects, and keep stakeholders informed of status with appropriate detail and strategic importance
* Drive market research, data collection, analysis and reporting activities and develop and maintain content within various systems
* Develop and implement strategic internal and external communications that strengthen collaboration and communication with internal and external customers. Collaborate and communicate through a variety of channels (print, online, video, etc.) on initiatives such as: Producer Board Playbook Quarterly Informs, Producer Board Strategy Meeting Content, Feedback Framework, Presentation tracking and reporting, Regional competitor analysis, Financial audit and volume analysis
* Maintain and disseminate intelligence, strategy content, and framework documentation and processes. Support and train others regarding accessibility of information, usage, etc.
* Develop positive partnerships with internal and external customers across multiple Country Operations business units and at various levels
* Create presentations, reports, spreadsheets and documents to be used in meetings with Producer Boards and CHS leadership
* Enable decision-making via the delivery of high impact analyses to business units and leadership
* Assist and support in other Country Operations Business Development projects
* Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
* 4+ years' experience in project management, agriculture/cooperative business, or related field
* Proficient with project management and Microsoft tools including MS Office, 365 and SharePoint
* Market research knowledge
* Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Agriculture or other related fie ???
