Sentera is looking for a Content Developer that loves translating technology information into easy-to-understand articles and videos for users.
The person in this role will craft and develop easy to understand technical training and support content and videos to aid Sentera's frequent software feature launches.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop training content for our product portfolio
Produce technical documentation for online support articles and videos.
Produce, write, edit, create, maintain, organize training articles and videos
Manage and maintain updates and revisions to documentation/videos
Collaborate with Marketing and product managers to ensure content is aligned with feature delivery
Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on customer ease of finding and understanding information
Perform additional duties as directed by supervisor/management
Requirements
Technical writing and video experience is required.
Experience with SaaS software and/or Geospatial Data is preferred.
Strong computer and technical skills
Strong videography skills
Excellent writing and editing skills in English
Customer service oriented
Ability to work within a team or independently, with a can-do attitude and willing to work until the job gets done.
