Accessible Space is a national nonprofit provider quality accessible, affordable housing is seeking a Part-time experienced Property Caretaker - light maintenance for an apartment building in Fargo, ND for the general upkeep and maintenance of our building.
Position includes a 2 bedroom unit on site - Rent Free - candidate is not required to live on site.
As Property Caretaker your duties will include but are not limited to; minor maintenance, cleaning, apartment turns, work order completion, grounds maintenance, etc. Must be available to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision with at least 18 months related work experience and professionalism a must!
