Job Description Summary

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Oversee all facility- related functions of the project.- Serves as liaison to project's Day Porter.- Work with the building landlord to ensure that the project's facility needs are met.- Work with Project Contracts Manager to ensure that all building and materials licensing and permits are in compliance with various state or local authorities.- Conduct daily facility review to ensure compliance with project safety and quality standards to ensure a productive and safe work environment including:- Perform ergonomic evaluations and adjustments for Project's personnel.- Coordinate with Human Resource Department to reduce risk of workplace related injuries.- Workplace general maintenance including evaluation and corrections.- Oversee security and logistics associated with the project offices, warehouse, and disaster recovery facility.- Identify and implement cost savings and resource conservation initiatives.- Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.Minimum Requirements:- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience; Advanced degree or professional designation preferred.- Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems.- Work requires considerable judgment and initiative.- Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization.

Pay Transparency

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
