Position Summary

The total rewards analyst will support the design and implementation of an effective and efficient administration of HRRV benefits, compensation and leave management programs. This role will support the vision, strategy and objectives of HRRV and follows all human resources operations policies and procedures to ensure effective customer support. The analyst seeks to improve outputs and outcomes through successful customer service and deep analysis of processes and partnership with HR team members. The analyst must be diligent in maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, while actively seeking out areas where we can be cutting-edge and distinctive.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field

• Experience: Minimum of three years of human resources experience, preferably experience with compensation, leaves, and/or benefits

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations

• PHR, SHRM-CP preferred
