About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant in Student Banking within Growth and Branch Administration as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at .

In this role, you will:
  • Lead cross Student Banking functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
  • Lead and support the development and implementation of the Student Bank strategy.
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of consumer products and Consumer Small Business Banking
  • Prior experience with developing and implementing customer segments strategies
  • Experience in managing legal and compliance expectations, including securing applicable approvals
  • Ability to create dynamic senior management PowerPoint presentations and business unit reviews; including the ability to portray key data elements using graphics
  • Strong ability to partner with cross enterprise teams, develop relationships and influence projects and or strategic initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and make decisions with imperfect information
  • Ability to present and discuss information in a manner that persuades, educates and enhances understanding at all levels
  • Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations
  • Ability to develop and revise project plans, works to understand complex problems and focuses on brining issues to resolution to meet timelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and act tactically
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate, interact and partner with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, including strong ability to effectively evaluate and prioritize work.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Project)
