Located in New Berlin, Wisconsin, this company has been in business since 1929 serving name brands and retailers to provide state of the art display designs for a variety of industries including automotive, luxury grocery, and home improvement. Their 55-person team is most reputable for their flawless execution of products and remains loyal with employee tenure up to 45 years!

This position is an opportunity to be hands on with CNC programming for a variety of materials from wood to plastic. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and improve processes for 5 axis machining capabilities.

This is a 1 st shift position with a flexible 7AM start time. Some overtime is available with the goal being a comfortable work-life balance.

• Develop CNC programs, Manufacturing Work/Setup Instructions, and Inspection Instructions
• Interpret drawings and diagrams
• Use CAD/CAM software to develop programs
• Perform set up, operate, edit, and inspections
• Advice on process improvements
• Provide support to the manufacturing team
• Interpret inspection and CMM data to analyze results

• 2+ years experience 3 axis programming (5 axis programming is a plus!)
• Interpret drawings and diagrams
• Willing to get hands on with the machine
• Experience using SolidWorks CAD software
• Experience with Sigmanest and Biesse Works programming software is a plus!
