Senior Process Associate

Milwaukee, WI (temporary WFH)


Job Description -

Some responsibilities will include:

  • Performs online account transactions to affect a wide range of policy changes and fulfill customer requests, e.g. application input, case set up, premium refund etc.
  • Handles queries and tasks from workflow application, and communicates internally via emails and instant message.
  • Ensures accuracy and timeliness of on-line transactions.
  • Shares new information learned through handling difficult or unusual situations with team lead and supervisor
  • Has a good understanding of life insurance products and the business.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1 year of relevant work experience

Preferred

  • Proven track record and experience working in a fast-paced team environment with ability to meet high productivity and quality levels and tight deadlines for service delivery.
  • Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Aptitude and ability to quickly learn new processes and work with internal applications required to execute the responsibilities for this role.
  • Excellent service orientation and work ethic
  • Must be committed to protecting client confidential information
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong organization and communication skills (written and verbal)

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.

Work Remotely:

This role is based out of Milwaukee, WI and is temporarily remote until company's decision to return to office.
