The Tech Prod Mgr is responsible for the intake, engagement with the requestor and event management of high visibility, large virtual events that leverage the webcasting and video on demand capabilities. They will work closely with the Capability Manager, Operations and Technical teams to ensure the appropriate capabilities and level of service are provided to address the requirements for specific events. They will manage the event playbook, actively monitor the events while in progress and engage technical teams if issues arise. They will gather ongoing requestor and end user feedback and work with Capability, Technical and Operations teams to improve the experience for future events and to help inform the capability roadmap.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Reviews event requests and translates the details into requirements
  • Works with the Capability Manager, Operations, Support and Technical teams to review the requirements and confirm the capabilities and level of service/support needed for the event
  • Owns the event playbook and coordinates the necessary teams and activities to prepare for the event
  • Monitors events while they are in progress, addresses event organizer questions and issues and engages support and technical teams as needed
  • Gathers, analyzes and communicates event/requestor feedback to help improve future events and overall capabilities
  • Partners with the Organizational Change Management Team on communications
  • relevant to event intake and Webcast capabilities

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience working on multiple projects concurrently
  • Experience effectively managing and navigating high stress situations
  • Experience interacting and communicating ideas and analysis in a clear concise fashion to clients, colleagues, and leadership teams using excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid customer focus with experience working with customers to understand their needs and translate into requirements
  • Solid knowledge/experience with MS Office (MS Teams)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Experience working in a highly virtual and matrixed environment

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
