The North America Regional Process and IT Innovation (PIT) team at Doosan Bobcat is looking for a leader who is passionate about their role in helping the people we work with be more successful.  Our team’s mission is to Equip and Enable to Drive Business Value and Foster Solution Adoption.  The NA PIT Solution Site Leader will lead a team of Solution Analysts who will be focused on facilitating operational efficiency, improving organizational communication and customer service as well as implementing new processes and solutions.  We strive to do this by:
  • Building closer partnerships with our business stakeholders;
  • Working closely with our business teams to create strategies for improving day-to-day operations and overall functioning;
  • Improving response times to incidents, questions and change requests; and by
  • Driving stability within our solution and application portfolio while simultaneously leading and pushing for modernization of processes and tools.

 

The PIT Site Leader must have or be able to build a strong understanding of the technologies and solutions that support the teams and processes at their site and be able to translate business needs and functional requirements into solutions. 
The successful candidate must be able to lead and manage teams to document, design and implement major business processes as well as evangelize new processes, procedures and technologies to assist with change management.  Leadership, coaching and mentoring of direct reports and good influencing skills across teams will also be critical skills.
 

Role & Responsibility

  • Manage and develop the Solution team at your site(s)
  • Develop and mentor leadership, change management and technical skills of Solution team members
  • Site stake holder management
  • Support process/solution development, improvements and implementation on a site and organizational unit including any adaptations or variants together with Process & Solution key users
  • Bring business knowledge and needs /requirements from the local site to the regional team or global functional team
  • Collect, propose and help prioritize change requests from the local site and organizational unit towards Solution Council
  • Participate in process acceptance tests 
  • Analyze business issues and business requests from a process and solution perspective from the local site before initiating a formal change request 
  • Identify root cause to define process and solution improvement area and propose solution for local site or escalate
  • Communicate and anchor process improvement proposals at the local site/organization 
  • Support implementation of standard process/es at local site/organization 
  • Perform process or solution trainings and give support to process users at the local site/organization 
  • Participate in Solution Council meetings
  • Participate Solution management Meetings together with key users
  • Represent the users in user/reference groups where key users not available
  • Lead local key users in Securing deliveries, Supporting Change Request handling 
  • Facilitate operational efficiency, improve organizational communication and overall customer service
  • Assist with annual resource & budget planning activities
  • Maintain relationship with regional and global teams and business functions for systems which are global in scope
  • Lead development of business process management capabilities in PIT and BU teams
  • Build strong relationships with leadership and power users within business functions
  • Apply knowledge of external markets/trends and new technology to daily role
  • Provide leadership in the development of value-driven technology strategies, methods, and standards
  • Lead or participate in the fit gap analysis of existing processes
  • Manage business analysts and key users and coordinate with business to make sure to bring all required knowledge about business processes on the project
  • Manage Project teams and deliverables

  • Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases
  • Set up and maintain functional requirement documentation
  • Define, implement and ‘enforce’ the use of best practices, world class technology and proven methodologies, leveraging from corporate policies/standard
     


Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field/discipline and relevant experience implementing business process change and leading teams
  • 10 to 15 years related experience
  • Travel Standard > 20%
