The Brainerd Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) is seeking a full-time Maintenance Lead. The Maintenance Lead performs maintenance, custodial work, repair of all HRA rental units, and oversees the Maintenance Staff. This position includes 3-DAY WEEKENDS as well as a great benefits package.
Minimum Qualifications:
• A combination of two years of education and/or experience in janitorial, grounds keeping, and/or seasonal maintenance or a combination of training and experience that meets this requirement as determined by the Executive Director.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Must have a MN Boiler Engineer license or the ability to obtain it within nine months of hire.
• Must be available to handle service calls in on-call capacity rotation that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
The Brainerd HRA offers a competitive wage with the hiring range being $20 - $26 per hour DOQ.
