Trident Seafoods, is seeking a Maintenance Manager
The Maintenance Manager directs, and coordinates activities of workers engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment, and in maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems of the Motley, MN plant
Maintenance Manager is responsible for achieving site performance for uptime, equipment reliability, overall equipment effectiveness, and building/grounds maintenance.
Skills/Qualifications
Supervisory and training skills; knowledge of Industrial Maintenance requirements in food manufacturing environment,
Prefer knowledge of Ammonia operating systems.; strong analytical and problem solving skills required; knowledge of related Federal and State regulations; competency in MS Word, Excel and Access required.
Experience: 5 years in food industry maintenance field, with 2 years supervising others.
Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required
