Position Responsibilities

  • Configure and support packaged applications based on business requirements.

  • Document technical specifications to support applications.

  • Develop test plans and perform unit testing.

  • Build, test, implement and maintain integrations with other applications.

  • Evaluate new software versions and plan for upgrades.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as upgrades, patches and general best practices.

  • Provide on-call support.

  • Triage problems and resolve issues


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 4+ years experience.

  • Workday Integrations Certification preferred.

  • Familiarity with SQL / RDBMS and Sharepoint.

  • Familiarity with at least one programming language preferred.

  • Extensive experience in designing, developing, and troubleshooting inbound / outbound integrations using Core Connectors, EIB's and Workday Studio.

  • Proficient in functional areas of Workday HCM (Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Onboarding, Personal Data, Recruiting, Talent etc.).

  • Extensive experience with Workday Report Writing - Custom Reporting (Standard, Advanced and Matrix Reports).

  • Experience in Edit Tenant setup related configuration for Global, HCM, System, Security, Worklets, Business Processes, Notifications, Integrations, Reporting and Analytics.

  • Experience in adding custom validations on Workday Business Processes.
