The Office Services Representative role requires candidates to:

Mail Services - processing incoming/outgoing mail and FedEx

Hospitality - setup/cleanup conference rooms for meetings and events; provide beverages; food setup as needed

Courier - driving to Post Office daily for mail delivery (upon direct hire)

Reprographics - copy/print/scan services

Reception Desk - provide backup reception as needed

Copier/Printer fleet management - toner replacement, paper refill, service call management

Supply Ordering/Inventory Management - order hospitality and office supplies; maintain inventory

Customer Service - client facing; excellent customer service skills

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the Office Services Representative job:

Professional appearance

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to maintain an 8AM - 5PM schedule

Reliable Transportation

The starting pay rate for the Office Services Representative is $17/hr, plus overtime as needed.
