Our Edgewood Columbus community is currently seeking compassionate, dedicated, and fun-loving individuals to join our team as  Certified Nursing Assistants/Certified Medication Aides (CNAs/CMAs).   As a CNA/CMA at Edgewood, you would be responsible for providing excellent resident care, supporting our seniors in maintaining and improving their day-to-day abilities, while helping foster independence and confidence throughout their golden years.

Job responsibilities include  ensuring necessary documentation is completed and participating in receiving and providing a nursing report upon the start and end of each shift. Additionally, y ou would assist with passing medications in accordance with the resident care plans, in compliance with applicable state training and certification.

Evening Shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm
Overnight Shift 11:00pm-7:00am

  • Extra incentive for $.50 more per hour IF staff have no missing punches; work all their shifts; and clock in and out on time 
  • Staff fridges that we supply with pop/water/snacks each month - we spend $40 a month and also do free will donation or .25 if they get second pops
  • 1-1 meetings with all staff on quarterly basis to get employee input on various areas

Minimum Requirements

 

You would be a great addition to our team if you possess the following:
  • Valid/current completion of a state-approved CNA certification training course, CMA certified.
  • Assisted Living/ Memory Care/ Long-term care experience is a plus.
  • A desire to continue learning and improving your skill set.
  • Passion and drive for helping others.
