Job Description

This full-time position is focused on assisting the Production Manager with scheduling, coordinating & completing preventative maintenance activities. The overall goal is implementing lean maintenance activities & accounting for planned & unplanned equipment utilization time allowing us to complete predictive maintenance activities.

Job Responsibilities
  • Scheduling preventative maintenance on our manufacturing equipment,
  • Ensuring the materials, parts and tools needed to perform PM's are available & accounted for,
  • Keeping our CMMS current for scheduled PM's, completed PM's and subsequent spare parts inventory.
  • Implementing and training others on our CMMS.
  • Completing scheduled preventative maintenance & repairs to our manufacturing equipment.
  • Training Maintenance Technicians on; equipment PM's, troubleshooting, Operation & programming.
  • Training our Machine Operators on equipment operation & Machine Operator Lean Maintenance responsibilities.
  • Identifying & implementing process improvements.
  • Supporting our manufacturing needs from a maintenance standpoint during production hours.
  • Assisting as need in our Facilities maintenance area.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Strong oral & written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instruction & apply training with minimal supervision on routine tasks.
  • Proficient use of computers, software & data base management. Including but not limited to Windows, Excel & Access.
  • Previous experience with SMT & Through hole insertion equipment & process.

Hourly Employee Work Shifts

Depending on the assignment, the facility works both a 4-day work week and a 5-day workweek. Most jobs provide service and support to a specific shift, although some jobs provide support across both shifts. Our shift schedules are:

First

5:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Monday-Thursday, overtime is required including Fridays.

Second

3:30 p.m. - 2:00 a.m., Monday - Thursday, overtime is required including Fridays.
