The Learning and Development (L&D) Manager/Sales will play a critical role in driving the success of our sales team, ensuring every team member has the knowledge, skills, and tools to meet our sales objectives and deliver on the Kurita Way. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring collaboration to develop a systematic approach that equips all sales teams to be successful in every interaction with prospects and customers.


This role is responsible for defining, developing and training on sales methodology, process, tools and best practices, assess and make recommendations on sales content and drive unified communications to the sales team about the Kurita Way.


The Director, Sales Enablement is expected to be business focused, sales minded, collaborative, entrepreneurial and will thrive in a player-coach role on a fast-paced team. This role reports directly to the SVP, Sales Operations and work closely with Sales Leadership, Corporate Sales, Sales Performance, HR, and Marketing.


This role requires a combination of crafting original content that is highly consumable, leveraging existing content, and conducting effective live training sessions. This individual must have a passion for developing a highly talented customer facing team.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS degree, Masters or MBA preferred
  • 10 years' experience in sales enablement, sales training, or sales management with at least 4 direct reports.
  • Proven track record of carrying and exceeding quota and must have a growth mindset.
  • Extraordinary interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to influence and motivate.
  • Adaptability - Understand that change is constant, and provien ability to embrace it by agility and resilience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and can manage competing projects with tight deadlines effectively.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills with proven ability to successfully lead through influence -
  • Strong business acumen, strong reporting and analytics, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills.
