This is an accounts receivable position for the Accounting Department. The goal of this position is to process the workflow for Accounts Receivable.


  • Manage, review and generate accurate customer invoices including job billings, service department invoices, and retail store transactions.
  • Ensure billing compliance for all job billings to include lien waivers, sworn statements, and other required documents.
  • Communicate with internal project management and external subcontractors and customers to ensure complete and accurate project documentation.
  • Reconcile monthly bank statements for all cash accounts
  • Assist with collections, application of customer payments, and other administrative duties as needed.
  • Complete related period-ending reconciliations and assist with the annual financial audit.

Required education/skills/experience:

  • 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, construction accounting experience a plus.
  • Associate Degree in Accounting preferred, not required
  • Microsoft Excel??, Word??, Outlook?? and Windows?? proficiency.
  • Data entry and 10-key accuracy and proficiency.
