Supply Planning Manager

The Supply Planning Manager will manage a team of 9 supply planners, supporting the Winfield United Crop Protection Products and Plant Nutrition Products portfolio. The team is responsible for purchase order execution and management for vended/distributed products, as well as production planning for WFU proprietary products with our manufacturing organization (Omnium). Responsible for the execution and systematic implementation supply strategies in the OMP planning tool and responsible for overall network inventory position valued between $650-800MM. Serves as the primary planning liaison between WFU sourcing, sales business unit leadership, marketing, demand planning, and logistics operations teams. Leads the S&OP process for CPP/PNP and key lead for Supply Chain Control Tower evolution in WFU.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree (supply chain, agriculture, agronomy preferred)
  • 8+ years of supply chain/logistics experience
  • Direct supply/deployment/material/demand planning experience in a planning technology or ERP
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaborator with partner organizations (business and supply chain)
