Our Construction Sales Representative position is a client-facing outside sales role with unlimited earning potential for those with the drive to succeed. Individuals in this role serve as the face of Prominent Construction for our customers and guide homeowners throughout the restoration process. This includes running preset lead appointments, door knocking within designated territories, performing 100% free of charge storm damage inspections on a possible variety of roofs, windows, siding, gutters etc. for both residential and commercial properties, assisting with insurance claims, selecting project materials, collecting customer payments, and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. We work with various well-known companies like ABC supply, who do our supplementing/estimating. We also have a sales Manager who will be training our Construction Sales Representatives.

Job responsibilities:

• Seek out and contact potential prospects within designated storm area
• Develop and maintain quality customer service through job completion
• Generate and manage leads from canvassing, referrals, and networking
• Responsible with maintaining and organizing own schedule
• Communicate knowledge effectively to address customers' needs/wants
• Demonstrates an effective use of multitasking approaches
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to persevere through objections
• Displays a positive, professional attitude
• Climb ladders and work at roof heights safely
• Be able to communicate with all types of people
• Have a willingness to learn from our training and utilize it
• Must own or be willing to acquire a smartphone

Compensation:

• Average income potential for a Construction Sales Rep in year 1 has ranged between $50,000 - $120,000 (based on performance); with the opportunity of greatly increasing this amount by exceeding sales goals and competitions
• Weekly Draw: $750.00/wk. to $1,000/wk. (Weekly requirements must be met)
• Uncapped commission: 40%-50% per project, with your commission level growing as your sales grow (DOE).
• We do a variety of sales competitions; bonuses are given out to the winner of said competition.
• Additional bonus plan: Up to and over 10,000.00 year as well as monthly bonuses and a yearly bonus vacation if you meet your sales goals * Last year Prominent sent our Reps who hit their goals to Cancun Mexico *
