Maintain all carpet, upholstery and hard floor cleaning using motor driven cleaning equipment. Responsible for knowledgeable use of cleaning chemicals.

High school diploma or equivalent desired. Floor maintenance experience in a healthcare setting highly desired; knowledge of cleaning chemicals; ability to operate housekeeping equipment; ability to lift 30-45 lb. on a routine basis; required to withstand bending, walking and standing throughout the shift.
