We Are Hiring

St. Francis Place, an Ascension Living community, is looking for caring and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join the team. This facility is a beautiful 77-bed skilled nursing community located on the campus of St. Francis Hospital. Our post-acute care services include rehabilitation, medical-surgical care, wound care, IV therapy and more. We also serve residents with chronic illnesses in need of an extended stay.

What You Will Do

As the Certified Nursing Assistant, you will assist with basic patient care activities.

+ Assist with procedures ordered by physician and supervised by a Registered Nurse (RN).

+ Assist patients with tending to personal care, activities of daily living and transfers/transport.

+ Report findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.

+ Assist with keeping patient rooms clean and orderly.

+ Assure resident safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations and initiate corrective action as appropriate.

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

+ Nurse Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

+ BLS Provider preferred.

Education:

+ High school diploma or GED preferred.
