Our Clinical Training Specialist is instrumental in working towards our purpose every day!!

This position will typically spend 4 hours during the day and 4 hours in the evening, conducting interactive product training and demonstrations to clinicians in health facilities for all Posey Products. This position does spend 6 - 8 hours per day walking and standing.

Travel is required 100% of the time, most weeks, will fly out on Monday and return on Friday. Most of travel will be within the West, but could do other areas as needed.

Candidate should preferably live in California, we will consider candidates living in western states within 30 miles of an airport.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs product in-services for customer clinicians.
Implements programs to ensure successful implementation of products in facilities.
Perform periodic in-servicing/training to existing customer accounts as requested.
Perform other duties, as necessary, to assist the Clinical Training Supervisor in meeting company goals and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Specialized Knowledge

Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or 3-4 years related experience in the medical field.

Experience/Skills/Abilities and/or Training

Ability to learn, understand and communicate technical information and solutions i.e. Falls Management Solution.
Proven ability to coach and teach others to properly utilize Posey products and equipment.
Adept at listening and articulating in both oral and written communications.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and communicate with all levels of management and personnel both within and outside the organization.
Ability to build strong relationships with key clients.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organizational skills with good follow through.
Energetic, self-starter with the ability to self-motivate and work independently with minimal direction.
Strong team player with good judgment, discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to travel Up to 100% of the time.
Must have a reliable car to drive to and from In-service locations.
