Minnesota Trauma Recovery Institute (MN-TRI) is a Minneapolis based nonprofit whose vision is to heal the legacy of traumatic stress in families involved in the criminal justice system. At MN-TRI, we believe all families deserve high quality mental health services designed to help them navigate their unique circumstances. Unfortunately, this is not always the case for families who have experienced trauma and are involved in the criminal justice system. Too often, these individuals and families struggle to find the mental health care they need. MN-TRI is committed to bridging this gap.

Our mission to strengthen justice-involved families by:

???Providing high quality systemic therapeutic services to individuals and families healing from traumatic stress and addiction
???Equipping systems of care to interrupt the cycle of trauma, addiction, and criminal justice involvement through training and education
???Researching best practices for healing traumatic stress and addiction using applied, community-based research strategies

MN-TRI's clinical team is a group of trauma-responsive and culturally informed psychotherapists who are committed to justice and celebrate the resilience of our incredible clients each day. They are a team of therapists who advocate for their clients as the navigate the criminal justice system and support people accessing the services they need to truly heal.

MN-TRI is hiring full-time therapists who are looking for a kind team to support them as they provide therapy to their clients.

We are looking for people who are passionate about providing trauma centered mental health services to marginalized folks involved in the criminal justice system. If this is you, please apply to join our team!
