Information Technology Manager

Job Brief: The Information and Technology Manager is an important role in facilitating systems and technology that work seamlessly for our staff, dealer accounts, and other stake holders. This role will handle business-critical IT tasks and system improvements. We strive for faster and smarter business processes and employee productivity. An IT Manager must stay engaged with emerging technologies, hardware, and software and serve as the internal resource for common Microsoft products, Adobe, and other web applications. The ideal candidate will be able to oversee systems administration as well as provide IT support to our team and our business.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and support computer software, hardware, printers, and phones
• Maintain and troubleshoot business services, including phone and internet service
• Implement applications and software upgrades
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support as needed
• Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for all hardware, operating systems, and enterprise applications
• Assist in website performance, functionality, and updates
• Maintain secure information systems
• Advise on system performance and monitoring
• Implement computer backup and recovery procedures
• Assist marketing personnel with content creation for marketing purposes
• Assist in the implementation of computer systems and processes that work together
• Make recommendations on information and technology strategy and initiatives

Requirements:

• Advanced skills in computer systems & technology
• Advanced computer skills & detail orientation
• Knowledge of operating systems, current equipment & technologies, computer backup & recovery procedures, & system security & monitoring tools
• Reliability, discretion, & confidentiality with company passwords & information
