LANDSCAPE CREW MEMBER

Goal: Work with a landscape crew in a safe and efficient manner to install hardscapes and softscapes, while exceeding Customer expectations in quality and service.

Candidate must have at least 1 year of hardscape and/or softscape experience. should be self-motivated and able to work both with others and independently. Candidate should have great problem solving and trouble shooting skills.

Room for advancement including but not limited to Forman, Project Management, Department Managers, Sales, Design, Purchasing, Snow Management, Snow Captains and more. We are looking for motivated candidates that want a career not just a job.

Compensation: Hourly rates start at $18/hr to $30/hr for landscape crew team members depending on qualifications.

This position qualifies for a monthly Bonus Incentive.

Responsibilities

Typical job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Work with a crew to install both soft and hardscapes creating beautiful outdoor spaces for customers.

Follow safety standards

Operate landscape construction equipment

Must be able to take direction and be flexible

Follow all policies and procedures

Be able to consistently communicate in an efficient and effective manner on the telephone or in person.

A Forman must be able to lead a crew; read design plans and complete daily paperwork in addition to the above mentioned items.

Other tasks as needed

Advancement Opportunities

Physical Demands: Must be able to lift/carry materials up to 50 lbs on a regular and consistent basis, move about the work site. Requires extended periods of activity including, walking, standing, kneeling, bending and lifting.
