Legacy Restoration's guiding purpose is to improve the quality of life for our customers and employees through the pursuit of excellence in exterior restoration - including roofing, siding, windows and gutters.
The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic, great communication skills, and the ability to successfully juggle multiple priorities. Experience in construction and with permitting process is a plus!
Job Responsibilities:
*Pulling and closing out permits
*Coordinating Garage Door jobs
*Coordinating Gutter Helmet jobs
*Coordinating LeafGuard jobs
*Completing quality control checks on gutter jobs - could involve setting up ladders
*Will spend time at the job sites throughout MN locations
*Working with Sub-Contractors to get them signed up with us.
Position Requirements:
*High School Diploma or GED
*1 year of experience in administrative or customer service role
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

$40,000 - $50,000 Salary per year
