Konik partnered with a Minneapolis area design-build company looking to hire an electrical project manager with electrical construction project management experience who can hit the ground running with existing accounts. As the project manager develops in their career at the company and in their relationship with their clients, they will build a book of business by selling the company's electrical design-build capabilities. The high end of the salary range provided is reserved for the PM with an existing book of business they can bring with them.

Electrical Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Identify areas of opportunity with existing and new clients to utilize the company's electrical design-build services including but not limited to design, estimating, and capital improvements
• Manage projects from the budget planning stage through to coordinating subs and construction

Electrical Project Manager Requirements:

• B.S. Electrical Engineering degree and a minimum of two years of electrical construction project management experience
• Calm demeanor in the face of challenging or difficult situations
