Channel Marketing Specialist

The Channel Marketing Specialist will be the primary support for marketing and sales activities. Participates in the development, planning, coordination, and execution of pricing, marketing programs, promotional activities and events to drive awareness of Graco products and help achieve Divisional sales objectives.

Graco is a global leader in the design, development and manufacture of highly engineered systems for numerous industrial and commercial applications. This position supports our Lubrication Equipment Division (LED) in Anoka, Minnesota. LED products include fluid management and automatic lubrication systems that simplify tasks amid the unique demands of the modern lubrication world.

Essential Duties

• Own new account set up and existing account maintenance within Graco systems.
• Manage GDAP( Graco Distributor Alliance Program) & Distributor agreements
• Manage pricing contracts, price files and SPR's (Special Price Requests)
• Support development and ongoing maintenance of Partner Portal and SIS
• Execute industry trade show plan working with outside vendors
• Track trade show budget and analysis of trade show metrics
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing programs and promotions
• Track performance of programs and promotions, making recommendations
• Assist in development and implementation of marketing and sales tools.
• Support product launches as needed
• Manage Hoover's account and reporting
• Assist with other marketing activities

Position Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience.

2 - 5 years successful experience as administrative assistant, marketing coordinator , distributor development or similar role; open to recent graduates with 0-2 years' experience

Experience working with MS Office software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Reporting experience using multiple systems of record

Strong interpersonal and communications skills

Excellent attention to detail and diligent follow-through

Demonstrates a basic knowledge of professional principles and skills.

Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese a plus
