Responsibilities

State Farm's P&C Actuarial team is seeking a forward-thinking leader with a growth mindset to oversee a team of Actuarial Analysts with responsibility for driving pricing segmentation strategies and making decisions in support of profitable growth. An ideal candidate will be able to apply expert knowledge and experience in Actuarial Analysis to make business recommendations for rating plan changes via regulatory filings and actively contributes to shaping pricing and product strateg ies . As a member of the P&C Actuarial team you will be challenged and empowered to grow professionally. Qualifications

We Are Looking for Candidates With

  • Bachelor s Degree or higher in Actuarial Science, Math, Statistics, Data Science or related field of study.
  • Casualty Actuarial Society Designation (ACAS or FCAS).
  • 2 or more years of direct team lead or management experience.
  • 5 or more years of experience in the P&C insurance industry.
  • Working knowledge of insurance regulation and experience with regulatory rate filing communications.
