Summary: We are seeking a candidate who is positive, professional and has a pleasant disposition! The QTI Group is partnering with our client in recruiting to hire a temporary Front Desk/Receptionist. This is a temporary opportunity through the end of the year, is located on the east side of Madison. The schedule for this role is Monday through Thursday 10:30 am to 7:00 pm and Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm and the pay rate is $20.00 per hour. Responsibilities:
  • Operate a multi-line phone system answering a high volume of incoming calls, screen and forward calls, provide information and/or take messages, relay both written and verbal messages
  • Greet guests, determine nature and purpose of visit, notify appropriate staff and direct the guest as appropriate
  • Communicate with staff and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate explanation of information, and take messages
  • Serve as a resource to staff and management
  • Perform other duties as needed or requested
Qualifications:
  • HS diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate degree, or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1 years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint and willing to learn additional software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a positive and upbeat attitude
  • Ability to multitask and good attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team
  • Business casual environment
