Come grow with us! This position will be primarily based out of our new Willmar location. A geographic region in Central MN will be assigned and daily regional travel is required.

Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8AM - 4:30PM
  • 80 hours/pay period
Scope:


  • Serve in a consultant role, acting as an advocate for the company’s service lines to hospital systems, clinics, senior living communities and other potential direct referral sources within assigned territory.
  • Effectively build, manage, and maintain positive relationships with our referral partners.
  • Responsible for effectively managing assigned territory by generating referrals to achieve organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve in a consultant role, acting as an advocate for the company’s service lines to hospital systems, clinics, senior living communities and other potential direct referral sources within assigned territory.
  • Serve as expert educator of our services to referral partners and community members. Develop and execute annual education plan in partnership with the sales, marketing and clinical teams.
    • Assist in updating and improving education and marketing & sales materials.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively, make effective verbal presentations and write and present effective reports.
  • As needed, facilitate and participate in community events and/or service organizations, etc. to represent the company.
  • Provide in-services and professional presentations for referral sources, community groups and other organizations, regarding company’s services, programs and outcomes.
  • Effectively build, manage and maintain positive relationships with our partners.
  • Utilizing and following company’s adopted sales process, increase the number of referrals received from referral partners by attracting new referral partners and expanding the use of services from existing accounts.
  • Accurately and effectively maintain a book of business that produces results. Act as the main point of contact for referral sources and community partners and document all account activities in agencies CRM tool.
  • Responsible to provide an exceptional customer experience in all interactions when representing our agency.
  • Responsible for leading the identification and resolution of complaints to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the bridge between company’s clinicians and referral source clinical/medical staff to ensure smooth referral process, high customer satisfaction and continuity of care.
  • Responsible for effectively managing assigned territory by generating referrals to achieve organizational goals.
  • Responsible for researching new referral opportunities for growth and preparing and implementing sales plans.
  • Responsible for developing, growing and maintaining appropriate and timely documentation in the organization’s Consumer Relationship Management tool including effective documentation of accounts, contacts and events associated with assigned territory.
  • Responsible for developing, increasing and maintaining market share and relationships in a defined geographic area including hospitals, clinics, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, adult family homes and the medical community.
  • Responsible for organizing and planning that all marketing supplies, sales collateral, tools and equipment are prepared and organized in preparation for events or presentations.
  • Promote effective relationships, collaboration and communication with all staff.
  • Understand and remain in compliance to healthcare operations, sales process, legal guidelines, competitive analysis, and marketplace trends.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Associate degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Sales experience in health-related field, preferably within a home health or hospice setting.
  • Daily travel is required.
  • Strong computer skills specific to Microsoft outlook programs including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Must be organized and able to prioritize daily activities based on overall impact with little supervision.
  • Strong technology skills specific to entering computer data such as a consumer relationship management tool or something alike.
  • Must complete and pass a state required background study.
  • Able to physically perform the duties required by the position.
  • Required to have the ability to read, write and speak English well enough to communicate with staff, residents and visitors.
