Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

- Looking for strong skill sets in call center experience; dispatch; strong customer service exp. "see the smile in the voice"
- Schedule technicians to satisfy customer requirements
- Perform wide variety of operational and administrative functions such as billings, service requests, service, memos,
correspondence, logs, collections, etc. Mulit-tasking
- May process purchase orders and stock requisitions to acquire necessary hardware
- Process and verify technician timesheet as needed
- May make follow up telephone calls to internal and external customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- May produce monthly department reports
- Signature level authority as indicated by the Authorization Level Document.
- Other duties may be assigned

EDUCATION:
- High School diploma or GED required
EXPERIENCE:
- Two years experience required
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Excellent verbal communication skills including, but not limited to, the ability to greet and communicate with customers
effectively both in person and via phone
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer satisfaction
