We are recruiting a Program Therapist to provide services through our Lakeville, MN ARMOR Day Treatment program. ARMOR stands for Assertive Relationships, Mindful Openness, and Regulation. These are results teens can experience when they enroll in the ARMOR program. This community-based day treatment program is a set up in care for a teen who has regressed or plateaued in the traditional outpatient counseling setting. This program provides a safe, structured environment to help teens overcome emotional and behavioral challenges. This program is a qualifying CTSS service under the state of Minnesota. We are actively seeking applicants for this position who align with our mission and values and have a strong desire to learn more about integrating Christian counseling practices based on these principles.

This is a full time role and the applicant selected will be eligible for Christian Family Solutions' full benefits package. This benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, short and long term disability, 401(K) plan and match policy, and PTO. Hours for this position are generally 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday.

What you will be doing

Providing Christian based counseling services by facilitating psycho-educational groups, process groups, individual and family therapy for clients admitted to the ARMOR program.

Quality mental health delivered with integrity is the first commitment we make to our clients. An additional commitment we make is to offer the option of Christian faith principles integrated with a client's treatment, as needed and desired by the client. Research has proven that such faith-integrated treatment is effective and has longer lasting impact. It is an approach we are committed to delivering, and we train our staff to provide it. You will work in a unique environment where both your professional skills and your faith can grow.
