KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Global Audit Learning & Development organization.
Responsibilities:
Work on the design and development of Audit learning and performance solutions from needs analysis to deployment and measurement
Research internal/external content to meet the business needs
Write Audit training material for global Audit professionals
Works with subject matters experts to develop training materials
Develops learning solutions across a range of modalities
Qualifications:
Minimum two years of experience in Audit Client Service Delivery with a CPA is required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college and/or university
Adult learning design and development, performance solutions design and development, evaluation of learning solutions and project management is a plus
Exceptional writing skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
Colorado Salary Statement:
The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
Colorado Salary Range: Low: $57200 - High: $102000
