Accounts Receivable (B2B Collections)

The ideal candidate for this role would be comfortable picking up the phone and interacting with customers in a professional manner. This is a temporary to hire position that offers great benefits when hired on (monthly bonus, 401(k) company match, stock options, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers regarding past due accounts via phone and email
• Send statements to customers monthly and as requested
• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts and reducing delinquency
• Provide guidance to the collections team and help determine where to focus collections efforts in a high-volume business
• Educate customers regarding the availability of receiving invoices and remitting payments through online portal
• Ability to research and resolve customer invoice concerns regarding reconciling to product shipments and more
• Responsible for maintaining customer contact information

Requirements:

• Customer service focused - good demeanor with customers
• 2+ years of B2B collections experience

This is a temporary to hire position that pays upwards of $32/hour (D.O.E.).
