Description

Novaspect, Inc., an Emerson Impact Partner, the global leader of automation systems and solutions, is currently offering an opportunity for an experienced Sales Representative to be a part of a fast paced, customer oriented team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans at a set of defined key accounts. The Account Manager role is responsible for growth of sales and market share of our complete portfolio of products and services, while maintaining a high level of customer relationship and satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Selling and applying automation systems
Developing and executing strategic account plans
Successful execution of solution selling methodology
Continuous understanding of the customer's business and KPI's
Understanding of the Emerson Process Management organization and offerings, and the ability to articulate the differentiators in the market
Develop actionable team-oriented sales strategies
Establish, and maintain business relationships with management level decision makers

Requirements

Education and/or Experience:

Onshore oil and gas production industry experience
B.S. degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience
3+ years of experience in mechanical process automation sales
Familiarity with Emerson products
Major account management experience
Industry or Manufacturing society certification, leadership, or involvement preferred
Excellent presentation, verbal and written skills

Pay:

$110,000-$150,000; Bonus and Vehicle Reimbursement Program eligible
